RPGs3_card_insanity

The style is expressed in style.html.j2 and style.scss. The card data fields are in test_card.yaml and test_card.xml. Run `make` to generate the finished files in the folder `build` The yaml files in the folder `cards` will be rendered to `cards/build` when you run make cards. Prohint: try running `make dev` https://pvv.ntnu.no/~andreasd/cards/
